Henry T. Horrilleno, MD

Henry Horrilleno, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon and founder of Infinity Regenerative and Neuropathy Center in Plano, Texas. In addition to holding a board certification from the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Horrilleno is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. As a compassionate, experienced physician, Dr. Horrilleno’s goal is to deliver nonsurgical, medication-free treatments for his patients.

Dr. Horrilleno received his medical doctorate from the oldest university in the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. After graduation, he relocated to New York City, completing a general surgery residency.

Eventually, Dr. Horrilleno opened his general surgery practice in Plano before joining the Permanente Medical Association of Texas as Chief of the Department of Surgery and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Permanente Medical Association of Texas employed more than 250 physicians and spanned nine offices throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex in Texas.

When Sierra Health bought the Permanente Medical Association of Texas in 1998, Dr. Horrilleno joined the Dallas Surgical Group in Dallas, Texas, as a partner. He ultimately returned to the Philippines to launch a bariatric surgery program. Though he returned to Plano once the program became independent, Dr. Horrilleno often travels back to perform surgical procedures for underprivileged patients.

Dr. Horrilleno’s breadth of experience inspired his interest in functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine. He truly enjoys helping patients achieve optimal health and experience lasting relief from pain through nonsurgical treatments without potentially addictive medications.

Alma C. Horrilleno, MD

Alma Horrilleno, MD, treats patients with peripheral neuropathy at Infinity Regenerative and Neuropathy Center in Plano, Texas. In 2014, Dr. Horrilleno switched from primary practice to focusing exclusively on peripheral neuropathy and has experienced excellent results.

Dr. Horrilleno has a real passion for helping patients who suffer from peripheral neuropathy and received highly specialized training in this area to help patients ease their pain and discomfort.

She attended the University of Santo Tomas, where she graduated with her medical degree. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Horrilleno completed her internal medicine residency in the Philippines.

Dr. Horrilleno completed a pathology residency at the Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York City. After completing her residency, Dr. Horrilleno moved to Plano, Texas, where she opened a primary care practice. She worked at Permanente Medical Group providing adult primary care until the practice was acquired.

In recent years, Dr. Horrilleno performed daily house calls on home-bound patients, many of whom were also suffering from peripheral neuropathy, before shifting her focus solely on treating peripheral neuropathy patients. Dr. Horrilleno’s breadth of experience and personal touch has helped many find long-lasting relief.

Kriti’s journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from University of Phoenix, where she honed her foundational nursing skills and developed a strong sense of empathy and dedication to patient welfare. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge and expertise, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Texas At Arlington. She maintains professional certifications, including board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-C), demonstrating her dedication to meeting the highest standards of practice.
Kriti’s experience includes working in Primary Care Clinic focusing on pediatrics, emergency departments, Intensive Care Unit, Medical Surgical Unit, Triage nursing and health educator. This extensive exposure has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape and a broad skill set to address various patient needs.
